Roundhouse Reports

I would like to share with you some of the Senate floor votes that I have taken in the current Legislative session.  Below, I give just a short title/intent of the bill.  If the reader desires more detailed information on the legislation--who introduced it, how others voted on it, the various committees that it was assigned to, etc--, please visit the New Mexico Legislature website at www.nmlegis.gov.

Just a quick synopsis on some of my proposed legislation and where they are currently within the legislative process:

SM 21 proposes to open up limited bow hunting for elk in the vast back country of the Bandelier Monument, affording expanded hunting opportunities at low cost to New Mexicans.  This memorial is headed for the Conservation committee.
